Once you report your issue to QuickBooks support and send your file, they'll set expectations for the Data Services process.

 

That said, you'll not be able to use QuickBooks until you get the file back. You can also check your email occasionally to see any updates from QuickBooks Data Services team. 

 

You may also follow the steps give by Catherine_B above to contact our support team. This way, they can check the status of your case and answer your questions.
