For now, the 2022 version of QuickBooks Desktop for Mac will only be selling as a Mac Plus subscription. You can use the guided steps that my colleagues have provided above to contact the Sales Team to learn more information about pricing, etc.
You can use the link that I've included below to download and install the Mac 2021 version.
