Welcome back to the thread! I am appreciative that my colleague was able to help you better understand the differences. However, QuickBooks Desktop has updated its entire product lineup, and for 2022 versions, they will now only be selling the Mac product as a Mac Plus subscription hence why you couldn't find a website for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for Mac 2022. 

I advise reaching out to our Sales Department at 1 (855)352-2683 to see if there is a possibility of getting a different version if you prefer that route. Their hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 5 am-6 pm PST and Saturday to Sunday from 7 am-4 pm PST.
