Since the issue persists, I'd highly recommend contacting our customer support care. This is the best thing that we can do to review your account and investigate why the issue still happens on your end.

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to the Help menu, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
   
   
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Provide a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us.
