This is how I've set my accounts up as well, and I still get asked.

I really wonder why QB thinks it's okay to anger its customer base. On this message board I've seen no defense of this situation from an actual user. 

Being told it's for "our own good" rings terribly false when the motive of QB, despite their exhortations here, is clear: you log in periodically, for no reason other than our marketing and metadata, or you can't use the software you've already purchased.
