Maybe a little more detail. 

Launch TASK MANAGER

click on NAME to sort the files into alphabetical order

scroll down to the Q's and you will see two files that are clearly QB related

one at a time, highlight each, then right click and END TASK

You will need to do this each time you turn your computer back on if you turn it off regularly.
