FP, its been months and months and your fix has worked fine for me since all that time and blocked the forced log-in. However just this past week, somehow automatic updates switched on 'magically' and I started getting the "an important update is waiting for you and install now button" every time I start QB. I have switched the auto update back off but still get the box.  Is there the same kind of fix to block the update box from starting each time, or phoning home as there is for the forced log in?
