Yes, our Customer Support Team can cancel your account once you reach them. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and cancel the subscription from there.
To contact our QBSE Support Team, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Assistant menu from the top bar.
- Enter Talk to a human and select I still need a human.
- You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.
- Choose if you'd like to Message an agent or Get a callback.
