Currently, there's an ongoing issue about getting the error "Another tax agency is already using this name. Please use a different name" when setting up sales tax in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To get updates about this, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They use specific tools to open your account and link it to the investigation. Once done, you'll receive email notifications when this issue is resolved. Here's how:

- Open your QBO account and go to the Help menu.
- From the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Getting an error "Another tax agency is already using this name. Please use a different name" when setting up sales tax in QBO.
- Then, type Talk to a human.
- Select Yes, then Get help from a human.
- Choose either Start a Chat or Have us call you.
