Thanks for reporting this to us. I'll share information about the restriction.

 

Your client may be working on a backup file, or they may have removed the restriction. These are the possible reasons the restriction is removed, unless there's a data issue.

 

If your client is not working on a backup file or didn't remove the restriction, please have them contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support. That way, they can check their account using a screen-sharing tool.
