Ideally, the steps you've done will fix this error especially since you updated the version of QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. For now, it's best to reach out to our Technical Team so they can further investigate why you still keep on encountering the same behavior.

 

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description or keyword of the issue, select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.
