I can help you with resetting the check numbers in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @stmnl7056.

You can go to your Banking menu to edit or reset the check numbering. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Banking menu and select Use Register.
2. Click the account where the check is located, look and double-click the check to open it.
3. In the Check Number field, edit the check number listed.
4. Choose Save & Close to save the changes.
5. Click Yes when prompted to record the changes.
