  1. Click on the Search for something else tab under What can we help you with? section.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern on the Tell us more about your question: box.
  3. Hit Search.
  4. Choose a way to connect with support under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert about "deactivated account contact ...".

 

Once connected, a live agent can look into your account securely and review the previous case you had. If necessary, you may ask for a higher level of support to assist you further.
