Thanks for reaching back out and telling us your concern with saving new employee information in your QuickBooks Online account. 

 

After reviewing this situation, I've discovered there's an ongoing investigation with this problem. With that being said, other users of QBO is having the same issue. The next step would be to contact support and get added to a list of affected users. From there, you'll be on a list to receive updates via email. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Give a brief description of the problem (INV-59268) and hit Let's Talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to get a callback

 

It's that easy.
