As much as I'd love to offer help and share how you can update your account to get rid of the error message, we've got a separate team that can better address this in no time. Thus, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support.

 

With their tools, one of our specialists can pull up the account we have on file and review your account information. Also, share the steps needed to review your profile and get rid of the error message you receive. You can do so by following the steps shared by my colleague above.
