Now they will not let me into my company file without creating an Intuit Account. I am totally blocked from my company information.

This cannot be legal. This is a huge security breech. 

Is this a situation for a class action suite?

We purchased the desktop version because we did not want any online connection to our business. We want absolutely zero online access to our business. We do not use payroll or any other intuit service. 

Now Intuit is trying to force us into installing a huge hole in our security.

This is just wrong
