Thanks for sharing your concern with importing your CSV file data through the Fixed Asset Manager. I'm happy to help you get this resolved.

 

The possible reason for this is the conflict with dual monitor configuration or video drivers. You can do the steps below to fix this. However, if you're not comfortable doing them on your own, you may consult an IT Professional since these steps are technical in nature.
 

  1. Close all applications, then restart your computer in Safe Mode with Networking.
  2. Try importing your .csv file to FAM.
  3. (Optional) Do a selective startup to disable startup items and services.
