Welcome to the Community, @Duke4129.

The option to export assemblies is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. As a workaround, you can export the entire item list instead.

Let me show you how to do it:

  1. Click on Lists, then hit Item List.
  2. Choose the Excel drop-down, then select Export all Items.
  3. In the Export window, Create a comma separated values (.csv) file.
  4. Select Export.
  5. Assign a file name and select the location where you want to save the file.
  6. Locate, open, and edit the file as needed.

Please feel free to read these handy articles for your reference:

After that, you'll learn about the IIF import and export limitations.

I'll wait for your response to this post. Have a nice weekend!
