Let me walk you through how to turn off pop-up advertisements in your QuickBooks Desktop(QBDT) account.
- Click the Edit menu and select Preferences.
- Choose the General menu.
- Selectthe My Preferences tab.
- Check the box Turn off pop-up messages for products and services.
- Click OK.
Then, sign out and sign in again into your QBDT account to check if the pop-up advertisements don't show.
