I also appreciate the time you've spent in following the troubleshooting steps provided above. In order to investigate the issue further, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can review your setup and help you change the tab order.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop program, go to Help QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question window, enter your concern under Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) and click Continue.
  3. Under Choose a way to connect with us, select the Get the number button.
