Let's take a look at a couple of scenarios with your concern about getting an email notification for expired service.

 

Are you referring to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription? If so, you'll get an email notification if your subscription is already expired.

 

However, if you're trying to get an email notification of the expired service for your subscriber's invoice, this option isn't available. As a workaround, you'll want to open each invoice to verify if their subscription is already expired.
