In the company file, click File on the top menu. Then, tap Switch to Multi-user Mode and click Yes to confirm. If you need to set your company file to open in Multi-user by default, just check the Open file in multi-user mode option. Let me show you how:
- Click the File menu.
- Choose Open or Restore Company.
- Select Open a company file, and then click Next.
- In the Open a Company window, tap the Open file in multi-user mode box at the bottom.
