Hi!!

I have had this issue on both 2018 on my laptop and then with a new, very fast, machine with more memory than I will ever need.

Deleted Microsoft office and in both instances, all has worked perfectly since.

(Microsoft is ths issue and want $699 to open a ticket about their issue.)
