Intuit offers multiple services to help you grow and your business. The pop-up notifies you of the new services and other reminders. Let me help you with turning it off.
The steps shared by my colleague, by checking the Turn off popup messages for products and services box, should stop the pop-ups. Since you're still getting them, make sure to update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
Also, you'll want to run the rebuild tool to fix issues on the company file. Before that, make sure to create a backup file.
- From the File menu, select Utilities, then choose Verify Data.
- Wait for it to load.
- Go back to the File menu, Utilities, then Rebuild Data.
- Select OK, then Rebuild Now.
