Hi @dfosbenner,

 

Thank you for the prompt reply. I'll explain the process of adding users and editing roles in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Enterprise.

 

Using my QBDT test account, I was able to open the User and Roles page without logging into the Intuit Online account. I didn't take any new steps to get there, since it's the same steps provided by my peer @katherinejoyceO above.

After you click Set Up Users and Roles, you'll get this window:

 

 

If you continue to have the same issue, I suggest contacting our Technical Support team for assistance. They can pull up your company information within a secure environment. They can then investigate why you have this issue, as well as provide a resolution for it.
