Of course this is nonsense but since you brought up the question of law I'll contribute something related. I was having dinner last Friday with an attorney friend. We were discussing business related annoyances and I mentioned this and that it seems to have pissed off quite a number of people. I said that maybe w should file a class action, not really taking it seriously, then asked if that was possible. His response was reasonable and cautious reminding me that it would depend on a lot of specifics. But, then he said that the way these things really start is by determining how many people are affected, i.e. how big would the class be. Also, reasonable enough since that determines the dollars involved. So, by a show of hands, how many would like to join?
