The Gear icon is available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can access the feedback option from the Help menu. I'll guide you with the steps.
- Open your QBDT file, then go to the Help menu.
- Click on Send Feedback Online, then choose Product Suggestion.
- Enter your feedback or suggestions from the QuickBooks Feedback window.
- Hit on the Send Feedback button.
