Let's get this sorted out, @Coleraine and @TracyAFY.

When you sign in to your QuickBooks company file, you'll want to use the email address associated with your Intuit account. Please know that QuickBooks requires you to log back in every 180 days using your Intuit account to notify you that you're the admin. To get this resolved, you'll want to link your QuickBooks Desktop company file to your existing Intuit Account. Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
  2. Login using the Admin credentials. This will prompt you to the Intuit account window.
  3. Select You’re the admin and enter the email address associated with your Intuit account.
  4. Click Continue. Then, enter the password.

The Intuit account window closes after you successfully login into your existing Intuit account. This account login is now considered the Primary Admin for the Intuit account.

I'm adding this article to learn how to access and manage your QuickBooks files with your Intuit account: How to access QuickBooks Desktop files with One Intuit Account.

Please let me know if you need clarification about this, or there's anything else I can do for you. I'll be standing by for your response. Have a great day.
