Again, this may work in Quickbooks Desktop (Windows).  This option does not exist in Quickbooks Desktop for Mac. 

So it sounds like there is no solution and the recycled “use this option” is what I’m being given even though this thread is about the Mac version of the software.  Again, there are NO options to get the above screenshot menu options to appear in the Mac version.
