Hello there, ES2020. There's a few ways to handle this one.

We can double-check the User lists. Then, make sure the user lists you used was tagged as administrator. I'd recommend checking this article for more information: QuickBooks Desktop Users and Restrictions. 

Once verified that it's correct and the same thing happens, you can run the Verify and Rebuild Data utility to determine if there is a data issue. Also, it shows how you can resolve it. Here's how:

1. Log in to your company file.
2. Click the File menu and choose Utilities.
3. Select Verify Data. When you see these prompts that QuickBooks detected no problems with your data, no further action is needed. If you see Your data has lost integrity, this indicates there is data damage in the file.  Continue to the steps below to Rebuild Data to correct the problem.

To rebuild the data:

1. Click the File > Utilities > Rebuild Data.
2. You will receive a warning message to backup your company file, press OK. A backup of your company file will ensure you have a secured copy of your company file before any changes are made to it.
3. Select where you want to save your backup, then select OK at the bottom of the QuickBooks Desktop Backup window.
   • If a message asks if you want to replace another backup file, select NO. Enter a new name in the File name field and click Save.
   • The Rebuild Data utility starts as soon as the backup is finished.
4. Click OK when you get the message "Rebuild has completed".
