You can use our QuickBooks Desktop trial version to connect with our Support Team. Here's an article that contains the product information for the tryout: Download a trial of QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Once downloaded, please be reminded that our representatives are available from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM till 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Here's how to get a call or chat from us:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select the Start Messaging option.

 

If you're still unable to connect with us using the trial version, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact or https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  5. Then choose a way to connect.
