Your suggestion to hit Help and start a chat would work if Quickbooks was working.

Mine will not start without Internet explorer which I deleted. I downloaded a copy of Internet explorer 11, but it will not load as the pc says "Setup cannot continue because there is a more recent version of Internet Explorer is installed on your computer."  When I search for Internet Explorer I get a not found.  Suggestions
