The business has about 25 separate companies set up in QB Desktop Pro, 2018. Each company has 3-4 users set up, plus ADMIN. Some users just do data entry, some have more extensive rights. Only one company can be open at a time, which is fine.
Can this still be done with QB Desktop Pro 2021? I am confused by what I am reading about licensing individual users.
