I have one more solution to help you log in to your account before we escalate this. 

 

What error did you receive when you tried logging in to your account? An error message would definitely help me come up with a solution to fix the login issue. 

 

Also, you can use the I forgot my user ID and password utility to reset your login details. 

 

  1. On the login page, click the I forgot my user ID and password link.
  2. In the box, enter your email address or phone number associated with your account. 
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Continue with the prompts to reset your login details. 

 

If you're still unable to log in after resetting your credentials, you'll want to contact our support. They can pull up your account details securely and help you fix the login issue.

When you're finally logged in, you can work on your books for your business. Feel free to check our articles if you need help with your transactions, lists and in other areas in QuickBooks.
