I'm here to help you change the Primary Admin in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We'll have to make sure that you log in as Master Admin to the account. This way, you'll have the option to change the user into primary admin.
To check if you log in as primary admin:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Manage users.
- Locate your name, and then under User Type, it should be Primary admin.
