I am so Angry I could spit.  Of course here we are at the end of the year when I need to get my clients records together for their accountant, I have been blocked.  I could not even get out of QuickBooks because I was not fulfilling their demands. So I did what they wanted which was to have an intuit password for all the intuit programs.  But now I'm working on the same clients personal accounts and now they will not accept the password they forced me to change. Now I am frozen. I have spend many hours trying to appease Intuits needs. I get a robot when I try to speak to customer support.  The robot only has certain question and problems to solve none of which are my problem.  I think I should send intuit a bill for my time.  I still need help to get into my account, where on Gods earth can I find it.
