For folks like me who aren't IT related, what steps did you take to create the rules?  I can get to Windows Defender and the spot to create a rule for inbound and outbound, but from the point of selecting options once you hit the create a rule button, I'm lost.  

Any help is appreciated to stop QB from asking me for my log in credentials in order to use the program.
