You'll also want to make sure that you've configured Internet Explorer's security for successful export and import. Follow these simple steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the Command Bar, select Tools and choose Internet Options.
- Within Internet Options, choose the Security tab.
- Add *.intuit.com to trusted sites.
- Click Trusted Sites.
- Within the Trusted sites window, un-check Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.
- In the Add this website to the zone field, type: *.intuit.com
5. Close the Trusted sites window.
6. Uncheck Enable Protected Mode.
7. Close Internet Explorer.
