Glad to hear again from you, @bielowicz3.

Thank you for sharing with us a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end. Since you're still unable to print all the pages of your reports, let's try to download your payroll report and print it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Choose Payroll Summary by Employee report.
  3. Filter the dates according to your preferences.
  4. Choose Run Report.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow from the upper right corner of your screen.
  6. Choose Export to Excel.
  7. Open the downloaded file and print it from there.

You can always use other device in accessing your QuickBooks account and print your reports from there. If you're still not able to print all the pages of the report, let's perform the following troubleshooting steps on your printer:

  1. Check your Printer page setup settings.Ensure your page settings are set to print all pages and to print every page. Settings that cause some pages not to print are 'manual duplexing', 'print every other page', 'print odd pages', 'print on both sides', or similar settings.
  2. Uninstalled and Reinstall printer.
  3. Disconnect and reconnect printer.
  4. Reboot your computer to make sure all printer components are updated.

Let me know how it works on your end. I'm always here to lend a hand.
