Hi there, @raes88.

 

Allow me to join the thread and attached the screenshots on how to deactivate the subtotal item from the Lists menu.

 

  1. Open your QBDT file, click on the Lists menu.
  2. Select Item List.
  3. Locate the subtotal item created. Right-click, then select Make Item Inactive.
