Thanks for the reply however, I tried this and it hasn't addressed the ORIGINAL question.

I don't feel it is necessary to setup and log into an account. We use this as a stand alone program and wish to keep it that way! I feel that this totally unnecessary and intrusive request opens our computers and accounts to "prying eyes". We do not use, or intend on using, your online services.

I have also submitted feedback on this via the help menu.

It seems that "the company" (Intuit) has no intention on allowing users a choice - do we want an online account or do we not want an online account. If we choose not to have an online account because we don't use online services then this stupid question that pops up every seven days should go away!

I will NEVER sign up for an account for our club's books.
