Your suggestions would be moderately helpful (I already knew most of them since I've been using QB for over 20 years), if I could only get into my QB account I would try the ones I don't already know. Now QB is insisting that I update to 2020, which I do NOT want to do.

If you have any suggestions how I can get into MY software and turn that pop-up off, that would be helpful. BTW that pop-up resides outside of the program.
