To ensure the safety of your company file, QuickBooks requires you to log in to your intuit account when accessing your company file and opening a third-party application.

My goodness---- we keep trying to tell you...  THIS IS FOR A STAND ALONE PRODUCT!

Why do you need US to log in to YOUR SERVER when we are accessing a LOCAL FILE on OUR computer?

I do NOT want my local accounting computer to connect to Intuit.

Why is my file safer on my computer if I log in to Intuit? The logic fails belief...

A still frustrated long time Intuit customer and advocate, (since 1997!) who is seriously looking for alternatives.

Mike
