If only we could get a BOT to tweet the CEO your reply in the sufficient number of characters and have this BOT bombard his Inbox to the point that he has to act or delete his Twitter account.  Maybe that would cause something to happen with this issue that no one in QB seems to care about for all of us stand alone desktop users who don't use QB in an online environment.
