I appreciate for doing some basic troubleshooting steps on your end, @5513.

Changing your password is my top priority, so you're able to get back to your business. With this, I'd suggest doing the steps that user Ralph Bush shared above to get rid of the issue.

Let's open your QuickBooks account again, then enter the new password you've created where it said old or previous password. Then re-type the same password in the New and Confirm Password field. After that, you'll be able to log in to your account.

For example:

  • Previous: Intuit@2020
  • New: Intuit@2020
  • Confirm: Intuit@2020

For more details about the process, you may visit the Automated Password Reset Tool link that my colleagues provided over.  Please proceed to the second to the last steps.

I've also added an article about managing your company information, data, security, and other related topics.

Let me know if you're able to log in. I want to ensure everything is taken care of.
