This is not what I want you to experience with QuickBooks, @nowellsinc.
I can imagine how inconvenient this is for you and to your business.
Rest assured our engineering team is aware of this feature request and is working on implementing this in future updates. In the meantime, you’ll want to manually upload your bank transactions to your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software. I'd be glad to show you how:
- Open a web browser and sign in to your bank account using your normal process.
- Download your transactions as a QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) file.
- Once downloaded, go to the Banking menu in your QBDT software.
- Select Bank Feeds and click Import Web Connect Files.
- Click the QBO file you saved, then select Open.
- Select Create a new QuickBooks account.
- Click Continue and then OK.
- Then go to the Bank Feeds Center to review your transactions.

Once uploaded, you’ll want to review and match those transactions to the existing ones in your software. This way, we can ensure there are no duplicates.
