Can you clarify to me the line you’re referring to? This way, I can provide the most accurate resolution.


If you've encountered an issue on your Chart Accounts, we can utilize the Re-sort List feature to fix them. Please know that it’ll make your lists go back to their default order. So if you’ve manually changed their order, re-sorting will undo these changes.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Select the Lists menu, then choose Chart of Accounts.

  2. Mark the Include inactive tick box.
  3. Select the Account dropdown and then click Re-sort List.
