You can customize the bank window as to what bank account will show in your dashboard. Let me show you how in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:
- From your dashboard, navigate to the Bank Account tile.
- Click the Edit pencil icon.
- Then change the arrangement of your accounts for your reference.
- Once done, click Save.
On the other hand, when fixing balances issues in your QBO account, it would be best to work with your accountant. This way, you’ll be guided accordingly and ensure your accounts are accurate.
