Hi there, MJPR2018. I appreciate you for keeping us updated. 

 

Let me share information about freezing issue when emailing in QuickBooks.

 

It usually happens when Windows 10 released an update. I recommend downloading the update by going to Updates & Security under Settings in Windows.

 

However, if running updates didn't solve the issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Change the file type of your logo in QuickBooks from JPG to PNG.
  2. Edit the form template and uncheck the Use Logo option to remove the logos
  3. Uninstall the update in Windows 10.
