INTRUSIVE, NEFARIOUS, and UNWARRANTED requirement!!

I will ONLY have security exposure if Intuit makes me log on to its site!!!

I use QB Desktop BECAUSE I don't want my QB file to be accessible from anywhere but my stand-alone, disconnected laptop!

WHY, WHY, WHY does Intuit have the right to do this?????
